I was born in Milan, Italy in 1959. Since I was mid-teen, I was interested in lutherie and I made it my profession in 1983. My early production consisted of jazz guitars and instruments inspired by vintage Martin. I built my first classical guitar in 1986...
In my production, I take inspiration from the tradition of historical guitars (Torres, Garcia, Hauser).
My guitars are built with woods that have been seasoned in my workshop at minimum for six years and the soundboard is split. I use hide glue and the instruments are assembled at a relative humidity of about 40%; finally, they are French polished....
I have an historical workshop in Milan, estabilished in 1989.
Here, I offer an assistance & repair service; moreover, I sell instruments and accessories.
I am an official repairman in Italy for Martin, Taylor, Bourgeois and other sellers.
